Stefanie De Proost has a law degree from the University of Ghent (2003) and also holds a postgraduate degree “D.E.S. in criminology” (2004). She is a member of the Brussels Bar since 2004.

Stefanie’s practice focuses on civil and commercial law in general, and on liability law – insurance law (personal injury, traffic law, accidents at work,…), construction law and commercial contract law (factoring, assignment of claim, negotiation and drafting of contracts, collection of invoices, …) in particular.

She also has extensive experience in education law (disputes concerning study progress and exam results).

Stefanie is a Dutch speaker, but is also fluent in French and English and has a working knowledge of German.
